Where can I get travel immunizations?

Get your travel health appointment as much in advance of your trip as possible.

If you are not up-to-date on your regular immunizations, you may be able to get some vaccines at PHMDC's regular immunization Clinics by appointment, call (608) 266-4821.

You can log onto the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR) and get a copy of your immunization records. If you try to log in to WIR and are not able to, talk with your health care provider about how to register or call (608) 266-9691.

There are several agencies within and surrounding Dane County that provide travel immunizations, other needed prescriptions, and recommendations to keep you healthy while traveling. If you have health insurance, call the clinic that is associated with your insurance policy for an appointment. Many pharmacies also offer immunizations.
