ACCESS TO HEALTH SCREENING AND TREATMENT

  • Coordinate the Wisconsin Well Woman Program for Dane County, providing access to health screening and treatment services for eligible Dane County women
  • Offer "best practice" health screening guidelines to community organizations that provide health screening services
  • Work with community health partners to target health screening services to groups that are at high risk for disease and underserved
  • Maintain a list of health screening resources in Dane County and refer callers to screening sites
