NEIGHBORHOOD & COMMUNITY NURSING SERVICES
Public Health Nurses:
- Partner with the community to meet community needs in the areas of health and safety.
- Work with residents to assess, develop and implement strategies that target health and safety concerns and the social needs of communities.
- Collaborate with health care providers and community groups by participating on planning teams and coalitions whose goal is to develop programs responsive to community health needs.
