A Gathering inside where food or drink is offered or provided is limited to twenty-five (25) individuals or less, not including employees. Individuals must maintain six (6) feet physical distancing.

A Gathering inside where food or drink is not offered or provided is limited to fifty (50) individuals or less, not including employees. Individuals must maintain six (6) feet physical distancing.

A Gathering is a planned event such as a concert, festival, meeting, training, conference, performance, show, sporting event, or party.

A gathering inside where food or drink is offered or provided is limited to one hundred fifty (150) individuals or less, not including employees.  Numbers must be limited to ensure individuals maintain six (6) feet physical distancing at all times.

A gathering inside where food or drink is not offered or provided is limited to three hundred fifty (350) individuals or less, not including employees. Numbers must be limited to ensure individuals maintain six (6) feet physical distancing at all times.

A Gathering outside where food or drink is offered or provided is limited to one hundred (100) individuals or less, not including employees. Individuals must maintain six (6) feet physical distancing.

A Gathering outside where food or drink is not offered or provided is limited to one hundred and fifty (150) individuals or less, not including employees. Individuals must maintain six (6) feet physical distancing.

A  Gathering is a planned event such as a concert, festival, meeting, training, conference, performance, show, sporting event, or party.

A gathering outside is limited to five hundred (500) individuals or less, not including employees. Numbers must be limited to ensure individuals maintain six (6) feet physical distancing at all times.

Face coverings are required for most people 5 years of age and older when in an enclosed space with people you don't live with. This includes inside buildings and vehicles where people you don’t live with are present. It also includes when standing in a line, when waiting for food and drink outside at a restaurant, and in a park structure (e.g., pavilion).

Face coverings are required outdoors while actively participating in sports, including drills, practices, scrimmages, games, and competitions.

Face coverings are required outdoors while attending a Gathering of more than fifty (50) individuals.

The requirements for types of face coverings was updated to be more specific about what is allowed (e.g., cloth face coverings with two or more layers) and not allowed (e.g., bandanas, single layer neck gaiters, masks with slits, exhalation valves, or punctures).

Six (6) feet physical distancing is required at all times between individuals not from the same household or living unit except when individuals are actively participating in the sport.

All people who are not actively participating in the sport must maintain six (6) feet physical distancing at all times.  

All sports that cannot maintain physical distancing at all times are limited to 25 individuals indoors, not including employees. All sports that cannot maintain physical distancing at all times are limited to 100 individuals outdoors, not including employees.

All sports must have a hygiene policy, cleaning policy, and protective measure policy. Organizers must document receipt, acknowledgement, or training on these policies with staff.

Sports must follow the gathering requirements of the order outlined above.

Gyms are still allowed to open to 50% capacity.

Saunas and steam rooms are still closed.

Group exercise classes may only be offered if six (6) feet physical distancing can be maintained at all times and there is no person-to-person contact. Group exercises classes are considered Gatherings and must comply with gathering requirements in the order.

Regulated child care and four-year old kindergarten (4k) must follow licensing and certification ratio requirements.

There should be no interaction or contact between individual groups or classrooms, and there should be physical distancing to the greatest extent possible.

Students and staff must wear a face covering, if possible, inside the building and on school buses. Social distancing also must be practiced inside classrooms, on buses and on school grounds.

The protective measure policy was updated. It now states:

• Ensuring employees are provided with and wear face coverings at all times when required under Section 1 of this Order.

• Ensuring employees maintain at least six (6) feet distancing from others to the greatest extent possible at all times.

• When six (6) feet distancing is not possible for students, ensuring that student and employee groupings are as static as possible by having the same group of students stay with the same employees as much as possible. Restrict mixing between groups as much as possible.

• Common areas such as cafeterias, auditoriums, and gymnasiums can be used as classrooms, to provide food, as child care and youth settings, and for government functions.  Student groupings should be in distinct spaces within common areas and student groupings may not mix with other student groupings. 

Colleges and universities may set their own practices but may not open group living quarters without “strict policies that ensure safe living conditions.”

Restaurants

• Indoor dine-in capacity limited to 25% of approved seating capacity levels.  Space tables and chairs to ensure at least six (6) feet physical distancing between customers who are not members of the same household or living unit. Limit each table to members of the same household or living unit.

• Customers must be seated when not in transit.
• Outdoor seating is allowed with physical distancing. Customers must wear face coverings when not actively eating and drinking.
• Must have written cleaning and hygiene policies in place.

Taverns

• Indoor seating at taverns is not allowed; customers may enter taverns only to order, pick-up, and pay for food or beverage.
• Outdoor seating is allowed with physical distancing. Customers must wear face coverings when not actively eating and drinking. Customers must be seated when not in transit.
• Must have written cleaning and hygiene policies in place.

To determine whether an establishment is a restaurant or a tavern, gross receipts for the period July 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 will be considered. (Previous period in Order #11 was July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020.)

Restaurants

• Taverns must limit indoor dine-in capacity to 25% of approved seating capacity levels. Space tables and chairs to ensure at least six (6) feet physical distancing between customers who are not members of the same household or living unit.

• Outdoor seating is allowed with physical distancing. Customers must wear face coverings when not actively eating and drinking.
• Customers must be seated when not in transit.
• Must have written cleaning and hygiene policies in place.

Religious worship services are exempt from gathering requirements.

These entities must have written cleaning and hygiene policies in place.

Events outside of a religious service or practice, like picnics or staff meetings, must follow gathering requirements outlined in the order.
