The Well Woman Program provides free breast and cervical cancer screenings for women ages 45-64* who have limited income and limited or no health insurance.

* Exceptions: People under 45 who have a current breast symptom. People over 65 who do not qualify for Medicare. Please call to see if you are eligible.

Eligibility (no U.S. citizenship required)

You may be eligible if:

  • You have no insurance, or insurance with a high deductible, and
  • Your income is at or below 250% of Federal Poverty Guidelines:
    • Household size of 1=$33,975
    • Household size of 2=$45,775
    • Household size of 3=$57,575
    • Household size of 4=$69,375
    • Household size of 5=$81,175
    • Add $11,800 for each additional member

What is covered by the Well Woman Program:

  • Office visit
  • Pap test
  • Pelvic exam
  • Breast exam
  • Mammogram
  • Diagnostic breast and cervical services

After we get your enrollment form, we will contact you. We must approve your enrollment before you contact a WWWP provider for screening.
