In recognition of the 40th Anniversary of Earth Day, Public Health Madison & Dane County (PHMDC) announces availability of a new concise and easy to read summary report that highlights the status of several environmental issues of concern in Madison and Dane County. The report highlights progress and challenges in such areas as municipal and private well drinking water, air quality, household hazardous waste and solid waste disposal, surface water quality and more.
