We currently have flu vaccine for adults who do not have health insurance. Please see our webpage for details.

  • We provide other immunizations for children and for some adults.
    • If your child needs vaccines and has BadgerCare or Medical Assistance, please call your child’s health care provider to get the immunizations.
    • If your child does not have insurance, please call us at (608) 266-4821 to schedule an appointment.
    • We are only able to give immunizations to adults who do not have insurance or whose insurance doesn’t cover immunizations.
  • Our appointments can fill up fast. If you have a regular healthcare provider, please try them first.

  • We provide an interpreter, if needed.

Who We Immunize

We give free immunizations to adults (19 years and older) who:

  • Do not have insurance for immunizations.
  • Qualify by risk factors or age. Call (608) 266-4821 for information.

Vaccines we may be able to give you – call (608) 266-4821 to see if you qualify:

  • Influenza (flu)
  • Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis)
  • HPV (human papilloma virus) If you are 19-26 years old. You can complete the vaccine series after 26 years
  • Hepatitis A and/or B
  • Meningitis
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella)
  • Pneumococcal 13 and 23
  • Varicella (Chickenpox)

We do not give travel vaccines.

  • You can schedule an appointment at our South Park St. Office , or our East Washington Avenue Office. Both offices are in Madison.
